Faculty Partners in Teaching Development
Faculty Associates are faculty from across all divisions who partner with the TLC to strengthen educational development and advance equitable teaching practices at UC Santa Cruz. In this year-long role, Associates broaden the reach of teaching support by co-facilitating workshops, serving as thought partners to TLC staff, and leading projects that address pressing campus teaching needs.
Projects may take many forms—such as developing learning communities, creating resources for equitable assessment, or launching new initiatives—depending on each faculty member’s expertise and interests.
