Summer GSI Peer Support Team (2024)
Aïda Mukharesh (she/they) is a PhD Candidate in Sociology. Aïda’s research and teaching centers on social movements, social change, global political economy, and SWANA/Middle East Studies. She has seven years of experience teaching university students as both a GSI and a TA, and has developed immensely as an educator through TLC trainings, mentorship, and collaborations. Aïda is excited to be a part of the Summer GSI Peer Support Team, and to continue to work with others to learn, imagine, and build inclusive, caring, liberatory, and student-centered pedagogies.
