CITL Faculty Fellow (2017–18)
Angus Forbes is an Assistant Professor in the Computational Media Department. Engaging with the complex relationships between technology and society requires a facility with interdisciplinary approaches to inquiry, the fluidity to see things from technical and conceptual viewpoints, and an understanding of the empirical and interpretive discourses that ground computational and creative thinking. As a CITL Faculty Fellow, he sought to promote critical inquiry through project-based curriculum, focusing initially on the visualization of complex systems.
