Judit Moschkovich

Judit Moschkovich is Professor of Mathematics Education in the Education Department. In 2018, she was inducted as a Fellow of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). Her proposed CITL project, “Re-imagining developmental math tutoring through a strength based approach,” will develop tutoring resources for developmental math topics known to be watersheds (i.e. fractions, proportional reasoning, or linear functions) using math education research for grades 6-12 as a basis to support underprepared learners, especially students who are English learners and/or Latinx.
