Lakshmi Krishnaswamy

Lakshmi Krishnaswamy is a PhD student working on modeling and designing intelligent load-balancing algorithms for data center networks. She enjoys teaching and mentoring and has served as a mentor for high school students as part of the Science Internship Program at UCSC and served as a TA for various computer science courses, such as Introduction to Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Discrete Mathematics, for which she has received Outstanding TA Award in her department. As a Graduate Pedagogy Fellow, she is excited to collaborate with peers across departments and work towards developing equitable learning methods, especially for CSE classes. She is committed to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and aims to create an accessible environment where everyone can succeed in their academic pursuits.
