Education Grants and Evaluation Specialist for HSI Grants
Roxy Davis came to the TLC in 2022 as a Graduate Student Researcher while pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Psychology at UCSC. After working on program evaluation projects for the TLC in this capacity for nearly two years, Roxy joined the team full-time as an Education Grants and Evaluation Specialist. Her research background focuses on social justice issues in the criminal legal system, and her understanding of structural inequality strongly informs her work on promoting equity and accessibility in higher education. Roxy is a long-time banana slug, having been both an undergraduate and graduate student at UCSC, and she is proud to continue to support the campus community in her role at the TLC.
