Stacey Knapp

Instructional Designer

Stacey supports faculty in their development of new courses, redesigns of existing courses, and incorporation of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) approaches to improve course learning outcomes. She brings a student-centered approach to teaching and learning and specializes in creating relationally rich, inclusive learning experiences designed to provide safe spaces for marginalized voices to be heard. Stacey brings her creativity and a deep understanding of learning science to her work with faculty and enjoys the process of listening and co-creating effective and efficient learning experiences that inspire both faculty and students. Stacey has more than a decade of experience working as a full-time university instructor, and holds a Masters in Instructional Science and Technology, a Post-Secondary Teaching Certificate and Master of Fine Arts degree.
