Faculty Fellow (2020-21)
Stefano Profumo is a Professor of Physics, Director of the Physics PhD Program at UCSC, and the Deputy Director for Theory of the Santa Cruz Institute for Particle Physics. Profumo was awarded UCSC’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2013, and as a CITL fellow he is looking forward to working on the issues of impostor syndrome especially in the sciences, and on how to effectively cope with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders as teachers, mentors, students and mentees.
